الحكم بالسجن 260 سنة على زوجين اختطفا فتاة وطلبا فدية
حكم على زوجين بالسجن لمدة 260 سنة بعد أن قاما باختطاف فتاة من أمام فندق وحاولا ابتزاز والديها لتحصيل المال منهما.
وهدد الزوجان بأن يقتلا الفتاة إن لم يحصلا على الفدية المطلوبة لإطلاق سراح المحجوزة.
وحكم على الطرف الأول وهو ديفيد فيليغاس بالسجن 160 سنة، بعد تورطه بعملية الاختطاف التي انتهت فقط مع تلبية مطالبهما.
بينما حكم على الطرف الثاني وهي صديقته انابيل مورينو بالسجن لمدة 100 عام، بسبب الجريمة المشتركة، التي وقعت في بلدة سان ميغيل اينيغ في بلدية اكستلاواكا بالمكسيك.
وقد قاما باختطاف الفتاة التي لم يتم التعرف على هويتها، في العاشر من أكتوبر من العام الماضي خارج فندق كانت تقيم فيه مع والديها، ومن ثم وضعاها داخل سيارة وانطلقا إلى مدينة اباتا، بالقرب من مدينة مكسيكو، حيث احتجزاها كسجينة. ثم اتصلا بعائلة الفتاة وطلبا مبلغاً لم يحدد، دفعه الوالدان للزوجين المجرمين.
وأطلق سراح الفتاة، بعد ذلك أبلغت عائلة الفتاة الشرطة، التي قامت بتحقيقات تمخضت عن اعتقال فيليغاس ومورينو.
وقد حصل الرجل على مدة حكم أطول، بسبب إدانته بجريمة اختطاف أخرى في بلدية إكستلاواكا، وقعت في تاريخ سابق. كذلك يتضمن الحكم أن يقوم الزوجان بدفع غرامة قدرها 1142 جنيهاً إسترلينياً تعويضا للعائلة المكلومة.
A cruel couple have been jailed for 260 years after kidnapping a girl and blackmailing her parents.
The twisted pair will spend the rest of their lives behind bars after threatening to kill the youngster if they did not receive a ransom.
David Villegas Inclan was jailed for 160 years for the kidnapping which only came to an end when their demands were met.
His partner Anabel Moreno Moreno was jailed for 100 years for the crime in the town of San Miguel Enyege, in the municipality of Ixtlahuaca in Mexico.
The pair targeted their victim on 30th October last year, as she walked beside a hotel.
They grabbed the girl, whose name has not been made public, pulled her into a car and drove away.
They kept the girl prisoner in the nearby town of Zapata, not far from the capital Mexico city.
They then threatened to murder their victim if her parents did not give them money.
Although the exact amount the couple demanded as a ransom has not been made public.
Her terrified relatives were so concerned about their daughter’s safety that they paid up.
After this, the little girl was released and she has now been reunited with her family.
The authorities launched an investigation and eventually they arrested Inclan and Moreno.
Inclan was given a longer sentence as he was found guilty of having kidnapped another person in the municipality of Ixtlahuaca at a previous date.
The couple will also have to pay a fine of 29,000 MXN (1,142 GPB) in damages.
